This beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment with free parking is a perfect base when you are going on a trip to Prekestolen, Stavanger, working at Forus or experiencing the region with its fjords, mountains and sea. The apartment contains everything you can imagine for a pleasant and relaxed stay. You have a view of the fjord, mountains and historic garden with the opportunity to rent my boat. We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.
