Our small family farm is conveniently located 10 minutes from Interstates 81/64 and historic Lexington, Virginia. The Tipi has amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the wonders our little farm and community has to offers. We are convenient to many local attractions like hiking, swimming, brewery and vineyard tours and yet secluded enough to heal your stress, enjoy time with your family or simply a special time away from the grind. The Cottage at Hidden Valley Farm & Barn

Welcome to Hidden Valley! When booking your stay, you'll have exclusive access to our three bedroom/two bathroom guest cottage! You'll be surrounded by mountainous views and pastures. Snuggle on the wrap around porch, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, and visit with horses, cattle, and our Sulcata tortoise! This is a working farm and you'll frequently see and hear farm machinery(tractors/atvs/etc.), livestock (cattle/horses/a donkey/4 dogs/a cat),and wildlife (coyotes/turkeys/deer).

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! By September 2020, there will be a new outdoor living area with a hot tub and dining.

Our guests stay upstairs in our 1929 American Foursquare house. Central air; separate entrance, wooden floors. Daily, weekly or monthly rates. Small, fully-equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator, small dining room. The bathroom has a tub and shower. Television with Netflix. Wifi and off-street parking. Two bedrooms (queen-sized bed, two XL twin beds), living room. Short walk to Gypsy Hill Park, 1 mile to historic downtown (Trolley). Small town, Big Magic!

Plane View Retreat

You’ll love my place because of the quiet, scenic location. Plane View's in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We're across the runway from Shenandoah Regional Airport and within 30 minutes of Skyline Drive. There's hiking, white water rafting & Civil War sites nearby. We're 2 hours from Washington DC and Richmond. We have 360 degree mountain views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (w/kids). No wifi, no pets.

Thornrose Cottage

Enjoy this beautiful, spacious home with tons of natural light! Kitschy decor, lovely outdoor space with deck and porch swing, and a quick walk to Gypsy Hill Park and across the street from the beautiful historic Thornrose cemetery. Very close to a trolley stop, and less than a mile from downtown, you have convenience and privacy.

Enjoy the Meriwether Log Cabin nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains with lovely views from the front porch, small pond out back and 2 minute hike to creek.
