A Little Bit of Heaven (SUP 18-007), with recent upgrades and remodeling, is a private guest home. Our community is a custom-home neighborhood. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains, and easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

The "Canyon Loft"

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Tranquil Tahoe Retreat

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding. Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive. Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used.

Spend the evening cooking up dinner in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing and playing board games in the living room around the gas fireplace. Experience Lake Tahoe living at it's finest!
