Ons gastenverblijf in het centrum van Limmen is geheel gerenoveerd in jan/feb 2024 met een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Het is een aangebouwd appartement (30m2) met eigen ingang en alle voorzieningen (AH, bakker, etc) 3min te voet. Het prachtige Noord-Hollandse duingebied en het strand (10min), maar ook ook Alkmaar(15min) en Amsterdam(30min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Parkeren kan aan de straat en is gratis. U kan gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen. U krijgt een privé stuk tuin tot uw beschikking.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.

Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Reeds op de veerpont slaat de onthaasting toe. Het vrijstaande huisje is luxe afgewerkt en voorzien van een keuken en een badkamer met douche. Een terras op het zuiden met een weids uitzicht over een weiland met een paar geiten maken het plaatje compleet.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
