Quarry Barn is a luxury Barn conversion.

Quarry Barn is situated in area of outstanding natural beauty with great views from all windows. The Barn is detached and has it's own parking area ensuring you have some privacy which includes a seating area in the sun trap! The Barn is open plan and has a modern airy but cosy atmosphere. The Barn includes everything to enjoy that home from home feeling.Good Shops,Pubs, Eateries are all within a couple of miles and we are well placed for venturing further afield to enjoy the cultural aspects.

Homely three bedroom cottage with log burner.

Recently updated, cosy stone house provides modern comforts and traditional features. 3 bedrooms , master has an en-suite. Main bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The lounge has a wood burning stove. The diner/kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. A spacious utility room holds a washing machine, tumble dryer and even a downstairs WC! To the rear there is a secure yard with countryside views and a seating area for summer evenings. Pet and child friendly, so bring all the family!

Number 7; The Cottage : a rural retreat.

Sleeps up to 5 . A charming, cosy traditional cottage dating back to 1870 in the small hamlet of Fir Tree, Crook. Although almost 200 years old, it has been mostly modernised inside to give modern conveniences along with retaining charm and character. 2 pub/restaurants in the hamlet serving excellent food. Although situated on the A68, the main road to Edinburgh, the cottage benefits from double glazing throughout and a short walk up the hill at back of cottage to a children's play area.

This charming barn conversion with a lovely combination of stone and brickwork, has recently been fully refurbished. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. The best of both worlds with ease of access to stunning countryside and only a mile from the A1. Sleeping four this luxurious barn is an excellent choice for as a peaceful retreat. Farmhouse annex in Northumberland village

The Old Farmhouse is a period property in the village of Slaley. A separate annex offers guests a sitting room with wood burning stove and a large family bedroom. A separate kitchen provides full electric oven with induction hob, fridge, microwave, and a washing machine. The Rose and Crown, is a community pub/restaurant located in the village and there is also a small community shop. It is only 1 mile to Slaley Hall with its excellent restaurant, leisure facilities and golf course.

Cosy Country Cottage (with garden dining area).

Sycamore Farm Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and features spacious rooms including 2 living rooms and a lovely country kitchen. This cosy cottage is ideal for both summer and winter stays with superb access to the adjoining Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.The cottage contains a unique and quirky mix of antique and vintage items. An alfresco dining area with gazebo has recently been completed in the front garden to take advantage of the good weather.

Our luxury cottages are perfectly placed for tranquility and adventure set in the beautiful countryside of North West Durham. Only 20 minutes drive will take you to the world heritage site of Durham City and 30 minutes into Newcastle, with the most welcoming of Geordie hospitality. Both cities are noted for their stunning architecture along with superb restaurants and traditional pubs. There are many local attractions for all ages within a good walk or a short drive.

The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

Beautiful Garden cottage + stunning views

Garden Cottage is a quaint and tranquil barn conversion, located in the heart of the beautiful Northumberland Countryside. The cottage has many windows; which takes great advantage of the beautiful surroundings, looking on to the peaceful country views, court yard and paddocks. We also have an occasional barn owl. The cottage is next door to the farm house but is the only cottage on-site. Hot tub not included in this listing.

Gorgeous cottage in stunning rural location

Riding Hills Farm is a cosy, attractive and well equipped one bedroomed cottage situated in one of the prettiest and most interesting parts of Northumberland. Within two miles of the historic town of Corbridge, this comfortable cottage is tucked away in a rural location with stunning views over the Tyne Valley. Despite its rural setting it is close to some excellent pubs and restaurants, and the market town of Hexham.
