The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Hawk hill Cottage in olive trees

In about 16 km. from the city of Chania-Crete, there is a fully equiped appartment (A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, central heating),available all year, with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with sitting room with sofa-bed for an extra person. It has a wonderfull view to the "white mountains"(Omalos) and is only 7 km from the beach Platanias and Stalos.The beach of Platanias is a large sandy (URL HIDDEN) is organised all along its length, with sun loungers and umbrellas.Stalos beach is also a very long and sandy beach with a tourist-aimed waterfront. In fact, Stalos beach extends for so long that if you prefer some tranquility, there are areas that don't get so crowded.If you want to explore the whole island i would recommend to rent a car.The apartment is located in a very quiet area so if you need a quite place close to nature in a friendly enviroment we are sure you 'll come to the right place!!!If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.
