I was in town for a funeral that was a short distance away so it was very convenient to stay there. I was able to relax.

Was very nice and friendly days leading up to the reservation. Place was easy to find but I did get lost just a little but that’s my fault. Place was very clean and cozy with lots of nearby things to do.

This was a perfect getaway weekend spot for us. It was close enough that we could drive to DC to see the sites, but yet stay in an inviting neighborhood. The space was very clean and welcoming. Instructions for check-in were clear and the check in and check out process were very easy. Great hosts!

This apartment was very homey and comfortable. I especially like the fact that it’s pretty private and the area is quiet. Eyleen is a very grey host. She’s very responsive and always made sure that I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything to let her know. I can appreciate a host like her. Definitely recommend this apartment if you’re gonna be in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb over Thanksgiving, and it was a truly delightful experience! While the property is about 8-10 minutes off the main highway, the peaceful and serene surroundings made it worth it—exactly the escape we needed. The house was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook our holiday meal, the bathroom and bedding were spotless, and everything felt so comfortable. The thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and the fridge stocked with water were such kind touches, showing how much care the host puts into making her guests feel at home. Communication was exceptional. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, answering any questions quickly. By the end of our stay, the property truly felt like home—warm, inviting, and cozy. She even made the effort to meet us as we were leaving, adding a heartfelt touch to our experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our stay at Stephanie’s place exceeded our expectations. The actual place was even better than the photos — clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The bed was comfy, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the space had everything we needed. Pricing was great for the quality. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were in the area for my son's graduation from TBS and needed a place that would accomodate 6 adults easily. Jennifer's place had all the space we needed with some added games to boot. We really enjoyed the extra gathering rooms- sun room, game room, large den area, etc. We didn't get to use the backyard deck (it rained hard all 3 days we were there), but it looked like it would be a great place to gather on a drier, sunnier trip than we had. I highly recommend, especially for any larger families looking to get together.

Our stay was perfect, the property is beautiful. The house was a great fit for our family of 5 adults, including my father who was joining us. The 3 full bathrooms make the stay very stress free. Larry and Kimberly the house were extremely good at communicating. Great stat would recommend.

We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house it just a block away from the civil war cemetery park which was a great place to walk. We had everything we needed. I recommend this house and would book again.

Every year my sisters plan a trip together and have used AirBnB in many locations. Tatyana's home has been one of the nicest by far. It was spacious and clean in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch.

We were able to book a night on short notice while we were traveling through. We checked in easily then ran out and grabbed dinner at one of the close-by restaurants. A very nice quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the hospitality!

Host was very friendly, very responsive and very helpful. Place had expansive windows with beautiful views of the Potomac river and it was very relaxing to be there. Only complaint would be that some of the place was a bit dated, but that did not significantly impact the overall positive experience for us.

The place was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I especially loved the Jacuzzi located in the yard, soaking under the sun with the beautiful lights above—it made the experience even more special. Everything about this stay was calming and refreshing. I definitely want to come back here again soon.

We kept extending our reservation due to unexpected repairs at our home, so we stayed in a few different units. Each one was clean and bright and airy, and every bed we slept in was SO comfortable. The wifi was also strong when I worked from home. The units aren't perfect- one of them didn't have great water pressure, and you will definitely hear people above you, which can be rough if they're very early risers or stay up late. But we found the hosts to be incredibly responsive and helpful, and overall had a wonderful stay during a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION... perfect location to explore Old Town Alexandria!! Walking distance to waterfront, loads of restaurants, stores, etc. Parking is slightly tricky, but more than doable with street parking pass and garages if need be. Tarek was SUPER responsive and flexible - great host. Accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The only watch out is there are lots of stairs... but my legs are way more fit than they were going in - LOL!

What a great place to stay in such a lovely town. The apartment was great for the two of us allowing enough privacy between the main sleeping area and the secondary bedroom. The apartment was spotless clean, had plenty of towels, coffeee, water and even a bottle of wine. I plan on coming back next year for sure. Thanks William.

We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

Lovely, beautifully appointed apartment with modern kitchen, washer/dryer and all the comforts of home. Located in the heart of historic Occoquan steps away from multiple restaurants, shops, hiking trails, yet still private. Check in was easy with provided instructions and host was responsive, friendly, attentive but not intrusive. I was sorry to leave. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Isin’s home while doing business in the area. Great location that is walkable to Old Town Alexandria where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this location.

This place is right in downtown, next to many good restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The place was clean and the host was very responsive

Love the place. Exactly as described. I was in for work and didn’t have a car. Easy to walk to work on Washington St and down to King St for dinner and relaxation. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and will share with my colleagues. Hope I can stay there the next time I’m in town.
