The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Guest must let me know about pet in advance as well as send a copy of rabies vaccination certificate for the animal. Pet Charges will be handled at check out after a walk through. Any damage charges will be handled through AirBnB.
