Was a nice place to stay

We had never been to St. Louis or the surrounding area prior to booking our stay - and honestly would come back again just to book at Le Velo Inn! It is a great launch for day trips into St. Louis, but it could easily be the primary destination itself. There are many neat shops, cafes, and restaurants within close proximity, yet we found it to be very peaceful and relaxing. It is evident that the owners care about the history and character of the building. As individuals who were new to the area, we felt like we were invited into the history of St. Charles and were able to see what makes it so special. The room/suite itself was wonderful and extremely well-equipped with everything you would need for a getaway, and a luxurious one at that! It was nice to have our own private entrance to the street as well and parking was very easy and convenient. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Le Velo Inn was a gem that made our trip even more memorable!

This place was exactly as described in a fun neighborhood. Clear instructions and good communication. The kitchen has what you need to cook a good meal.

Lynn’s place was better than you could ever imagine from the photos, every single detail was well thought out and even things you didn’t know you might possibly want or need were there. The garden area was stunning and private and the whole place felt like being at a home with a family member (only maybe cleaner and more interesting pieces to look at) beds were comfortable, and each room has its own sound machine and excellent lighting options, I got the best sleep! Tons of books and places to sit and gather. Lynn and her husband and the sweetest puppy were so welcoming upon arrival downstairs but you had totally privacy in the unit. Perfect location with lots of food and shops and beautiful river views. 20/10 experience. We won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Alton!

We had a great experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel at home — from the cozy furnishings to the beautiful kitchen. While the surrounding area didn’t feel like the safest at times, the gated parking and secure entry to the property gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel safe and welcoming

Great place to stay in St Louis. We had four people and it was the perfect space for us. Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had a great day kids loved. It had a lot of fun in the comment area. I had quick access to any of the highways and downtown. I would be curious to check out one of the other suites. Next time we come to town.
