Tiffany was very flexible and worked with me for a smooth check in because of my delayed flight! There was an issue when I checked in, however, Tiffany and her team was very diligent and quick in addressing the issue. As an Airbnb host myself, giving people a chance and grace goes a long way. Other than that small hiccup, my stay overall was very pleasant, my kids and friends loved to pool so much. The view is amazing, the surrounding is very peaceful, it’s gated, however we never felt unsafe even if it wasn’t. The host communicated well, constantly checking on us and our needs. My stay was great, my friends also loved it. We had a blast. And would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Kingston.

Shanika place was amazing. One of the best host that I have encountered. She was always responsive to any concerns that we had. The house matches the pictures the surrounding area is gated and quiet.

Sheldon and co-host Racquel and other staff were really welcoming and I especially appreciated an early check in and their pet-friendly policy. Studio was very clean, pretty well equipped, and I felt right at home. Location was perfect for my needs, easy to get to supermarkets, banks and other local amenities. Very quiet also despite being situated in a residential neighborhood. Sheldon is a very responsive host who understands and accommodates the needs of his guests. I actually extended my stay though in another cottage on the same grounds. Would definitely recommend to others

My stay was delightful. Rosie gave me a warm welcome upon arrival, and when I encountered a small issue, she resolved it quickly and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic experience I’ll definitely be back!

My time spent at the hidden Jewel was amazing. The place was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The hosts communicated clearly and were kind. They also had many suggestions on things to do. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again!

Came into town with a last minute friend added to my itinerary for Jamaica carnival 2025!! I alwwwaays stay on Barbican road so this was an absolute plus for convenience! The entire home was so beautiful and modern. The host was very responsive and always available! There is a working two in one washer and dryer which work fabulous! I’ve never seen a combo like that. The master bedroom gets extremely cold when using the AC which is wonderful during my late April visit which can be hot! I just have sooo many awesome things to say about Darren and his wife! Amazing couple! Will be back

This location far exceeded my expectations, as it was not only spotless but the surroundings were peaceful and tranquil. The host was friendly, responded to messages quickly and was considerate in every aspect of hospitality. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need from extra towels to local coffee and snacks. It was clear the host put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. The location was perfect , quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions I wanted to check out. I especially loved the cozy patio overlooking the pool. The host was absolutely incredible: super responsive, kind, and full of helpful . This was hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I did not get the opportunity to stay at this place due to a double booking, which caused me significant inconvenience and forced me to reschedule my flight home earlier. However, the purpose of my review is to commend Andre for his honesty and commitment to providing a full refund. It's rare to encounter such integrity these days, as we often hear about scammers and dishonest individuals. I was relieved that he kept his word, and I'm confident that everything is as advertised.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful stay at your compound. The environment provided a sense of security, and the warm welcome from everyone on the premises made my experience truly enjoyable. The response is very quick! 3rd time to Jamaica and this was a beautiful spot! Really enjoyed the area especially at night , the photo do no justice this place is GREAT! Definitely will book again, I felt safe and I needed anything they was home to help and assist. Thanks you for sharing this home.
