5 star wonderful stay! The home was spotless—especially the jetted tub, which was incredibly clean and relaxing. The space was large, well-organized, and perfect for unwinding or spending time with family and friends. Michael and Katrina were amazing hosts—kind, very responsive, and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. They even arranged a same-day repair at a time that worked best for us, which we really appreciated. Everything was smooth, cozy, and welcoming. One quick note for future guests: I used my personal Disney+ login during the stay, and it remained connected through the Roku platform, even in other Airbnbs. Not a big deal—I just made sure to log out before leaving. Just a friendly reminder if you use your own accounts! Overall, our experience was excellent, and we’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Edmonton. Thank you, Michael and Katrina!

This was my second stay at Carson's place, and it was great for such a long stay (2 weeks). The supplied coffee was sincerely appreciated for the first few mornings as I got set up, the place is well furnished with comfortable beds and is in a wonderful location. The unit is well sound-proofed, as I never heard the neighbors during my stay. Loved having a garage for parking just for extra security with the car. There were a couple of minor inconveniences with cleanliness from previous guests that got missed, though guests checked out on the same day as I arrived so I imagine these things were just missed in the rush and it was nothing of major concern. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would be happy to stay again in the future if I return to Sherwood Park for another trip.

The home we rented was excellent and met the needs of our large family gathering perfectly. With eight members ranging from 15 to 75 years old, we found the space comfortable and well-furnished, with top-notch amenities. The comfortable beds and beautiful master bathroom, which featured a spa-like atmosphere with six heads shower, enhanced our stay. The addition of a foosball table and a hot tub contributed greatly to our enjoyment. Accessing downtown, as well as major roads and shopping areas, was remarkably convenient. Additionally, David was very responsive to our inquiries, even during a holiday weekend, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! We would definitely rent again.

The home exceeded our expectations. We were a group of childcare providers, going to a conference and we’re put in a tough situation when we found a terrible Airbnb nearby. She accommodated us and made us feel at home and gave us an absolutely beautiful space that I would rent over and over again if in the area with a large groupthank you again for everything

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s no backyard access from the home and it’s not fenced in. The area is still under construction as it’s a new development but there’s a nice walking trail near the house if you have a dog or like to take walks. The basement is being renovated. We were not aware of this and were woken up early one morning by contractors coming in and out of the house loudly slamming doors. We were quite startled and notified our host. He was apologetic and ensured us that it wouldn’t happen again and it did not.

Tammy's place was a perfect spot for our Christmas away from home. Plenty of space for everyone and a large area with a Christmas tree. The hot tub and sauna were a great way to relax - would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Evan’s Airbnb was fantastic! Evan was incredibly accommodating and made communication a breeze. He went above and beyond to ensure we could have a small, intimate celebration for my mom, which we really appreciated. The house is gorgeous, especially with its stunning chandelier and high ceilings. While the house does show some signs of age and wear, it didn't detract significantly from our experience. We noted that a few basic bath amenities were missing, but nothing major. Evan’s exceptional hospitality more than made up for any minor shortcomings. Overall, Evan is an amazing host, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. We’ve already recommended his place to our friends! A little extra attention to the yard’s upkeep would make this place absolutely perfect. Thank you, Evan, for a wonderful weekend!
