Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. With luxury bedding and facilities, an outdoor bath and stunning location overlooking Spring Bay, Tawny offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind from the everyday. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Stapleton Beach House at Spring Beach

Relax in this beautifully appointed beach house overlooking Maria Island at Spring Beach, Tasmania. Nestled between Spring and Stapleton beaches- just a short 5-7 minute walk to each, the house has four bedrooms spread over two levels. Upstairs an open plan living/dining room adjoins the kitchen with a deck overlooking the ocean, along with three bedrooms for the family. Downstairs, escape to the parents retreat or kids rumpus room- with a TV, lounge and a queen bedroom.
