Comoda ai lidi, è il luogo ideale per chi vuole estraniarsi dal caos e dallo stress cittadino. Dispone di un meraviglioso giardino. VILLA " LA GARITTA "

Ampio appartamento in villa bifamiliare nella verde valle dell’Aquila, situata in una tranquilla zona residenziale con un grande giardino a disposizione degli ospiti. La vista è bellissima spazia sui piu' bei monumenti di Finale Ligure Castel Govone, 5 Campanili , S.Eusebio) Dista 5 minuti a piedi da Finalborgo e a pochi minuti in bici dalle bellissime spiagge di Finale Ligure e Varigotti. Posizione strategica per chi arrampica, pedala e cammina il meraviglioso entroterra Finalese.

La BouganVilla Charme & Relax vista mare

Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione completa l'intera villa che è disposta su due piani . Al piano superiore si trovano la camera patronale con terrazzino privato ed una vista mare mozzafiato, il suo bagno ed una zona relax con divano e l'accesso diretto ad una splendida terrazza con tettoia ombreggiante. Al Piano inferiore troviamo la seconda camera da letto con il suo bagno con doccia. Al piano terra si trovano anche la sala con il grande divano, la sala da pranzo e la cucina accessoriata.

In Grimaldi di Ventimiglia an der Grenze von Frankreich und Italien befindet sich dieses Haus mit spektakulärem Blick über Menton, Monaco bis hin nach Saint Tropez.
