Unsere private Ferienwohnung ist im 4-Sterne Hotel Europäischer Hof gelegen. Die Wohnung bietet auf 87 qm 2 Schlafzimmer (Masterbedroom mit Kingsize Bett & einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten), Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne, Wohnzimmer mit getrenntem Essbereich und ausgestatteter Küche. Alle Leistungen, welche eventuell im Hotel genutzt werden, können ausschließlich über das Hotel vereinbart werden und separat durch das Hotel verrechnet und nicht im Vermietungspreis enthalten!

The holiday home is quietly located on the edge of the forest on the sunny hill above Seeboden, with direct access to the extensive network of hiking and cycling trails. The peaceful location is ideal for relaxation and as a starting point for summer and winter activities. We offer free use of two e-bikes and invite our guests, if possible, to sail on our yacht.

Deze barrierevrije bungalow is geschikt voor gezinnen, senioren, gehandicapten. Strand en alle voorzieningen zijn door alle gasten van onze huizen te gebruiken. 3 Bungalows totaal voor max 20 Pers. Ook als groepsaccomodatie te boeken. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Bedlinnen, keukendoeken, handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Strandlakens moet u zelf meebrengen. Wasmachine niet in bungalows maar op aanvraag te gebruiken tegen betaling.Door vernielingen wordt borg € 250 euro verlangt.

Chalet am See!

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet.
