Appena ristrutturato con gusto e ogni comfort. Ottima posizione: nel pieno dell vita del paese e a 800 metri dalla fantastica spiaggia Rena Bianca. L'imbarco per la Corsica e per la Maddalena a soli 5min. 60m2, due camere da letto doppie/matrimoniali, un bagno di design e soggiorno cucina con divano letto. Un terrazzino a piano terra sul retro. Cala Sole, casa con piscina

Immersa in un giardino ricco di ulivi ed alberi da frutto, la casa fa parte di un piccolo residence, il podere "Cala Viola", con 7 case indipendenti. La casa si trova al piano terra ed è dotata di due verande esterne con vista sul giardino, dove poter cenare godendo della tranquillità del luogo, e potrebbe capitare di avvistare qualche daino in lontananza! Nel giardino una jacuzzi, una piscina, un'area giochi e una zona barbecue. Meta ideale per una vacanza ad Alghero tra natura, mare e relax!

Lovely accomodation facing the sea at La Marmorata

Ideal for families, especially with children. Beachfront accommodation, two minutes from the beach. The house is located in the heart of the village, in the so-called Body A, the area closest to the sea and the main services offered by the residence, such as bar, restaurant, mini market, children’s playground. Nice and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, about 5 minute walk from the sea and the old town. The flat is mainly designed for couples or families, and it is located in a strategic position that allows to reach easily most of the places, including numerous shops and services. The breathtaking panoramic walk, just a few minutes away, will lead you to the famous "Bastioni" walls, renowned for their historical heritage as well as the traditional seafood restaurants and cocktail bars.

Graziosa casa vacanze a soli 13 minuti a piedi dal centro di Alghero, con 2 camere doppie, e 1 matrimoniale, bagno in camera, sala con angolo cottura, balcone, al terzo piano. WIFI incluso. Angolo cottura con microonde, tostapane, frigo freezer, macchinetta caffetteria, angolo relax nel balcone. Soggiorno minimo 2 notti in bassa stagione. Nel cuore pulsante dell'isola. A 200 metri dal porto, in una delle strade più caratteristiche della zona. A due passi da via XX settembre: la via del passeggio tra le botteghe e i ristoranti che di giorno e di notte animano centinaia di vicoli stretti e profumati attorno a se. Siamo a Cala Gavetta, la zona del porto, a due passi dal mare. La casa è composta da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, ampio salone e cuina open space, terrazzo 40 mq, salotto con terrazzo vista mare.
