Bel appartement vaste et très bien équipé. Situé tout en haut de SPELLO, il peut être atteint depuis un parking proche en contrebas où l’on trouve généralement une place (en avril). Anciennes caves, le local est creusé dans la roche et n’est éclairé que par de toutes petites lucarnes. Il est donc sombre et la lumière électrique est indispensable à toute heure de la journée. Mais en contrepartie il reste toujours frais. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue appréciable. Corrado, en charge de l’appartement, que nous avons sollicité à plusieurs reprises est d’une gentillesse et d’une patience à toute épreuve. Très efficace, il est aussi doté d’un solide sens de l’humour et de très bon conseil. Merci à lui pour avoir contribué à rendre le séjour parfait !

Simone was a lovely host! He made arrangements for a taxi to meet us at the train station and met us at his apartment. He was very responsive and friendly. The location can't be beat! It's in the heart of Assisi, yet it is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the private courtyard. Cafe del Vescovado is steps from the apartment and is a must for a morning cappuccino. Saint Maria Maggiore is also across the way from Cafe del Vescovado. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning!

L'alloggio di Albina è perfetto, molto vicino al centro storico di Perugia, c'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze, bar, si trova in una strada con accesso a mezzi di trasporto molto vicini e ha scale che portano direttamente al centro storico. La casa è grande e spaziosa, ha 2 camere da letto e due bagni. Mi è piaciuto stare in questa casa nelle giornate fredde perché era calda e accogliente 🫶🏽

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

Bellissima esperienza, Elisa è stata veramente accogliente e disponibile con noi. La sua gentilezza unita alla sua professionalità hanno reso la nostra esperienza unica e piacevole. La stanza rispettava le nostre aspettative, pulita e impeccabile. La location è perfetta, facile da raggiungere e molto strategica. Consiglio a chiunque cerchi comfort e aria di casa☺️

Malgré un emplacement entre une route et une voie ferrée, ce logement reste bien calme, juste à côté d'un petit espace de verdure...Les trains sont peu nombreux et l'appartement bien isolé...Nous avons essentiellement visité les villes et villages d'Ombrie qui sont splendides : Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assise, ...et la proximité du lac de Trasimène permet des balades agréables sur la voie cyclable... Passignano attire beaucoup de touristes... C'était vraiment un beau séjour.

아시시역에서 아시시까지 버스나 택시를 이용해야 갈 수 있는데 여행할때 무거운 짐이 있는 상황이 대부분인데 다니엘라가 친절하게도 자가용으로 역 앞까지 마중나와줬습니다. 항상 여행자의 펀의를 먼저 고려해줘서 너무 좋앗습니다. 숙소는 사진보다 넓고 아시시의 메력을 잘 담겨있습니다. 추가로 다니엘라의 선물인 지역와인 한병이 있는데 먹어보진 못햇지만 자체로 너무 감동이였습니다. 최고의 숙소 입니다

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Riccardo é Michele’s place is a step back in time with modern amenities and the medieval mood we were looking for. It’s a comfortable and easy place that makes you feel at home. The private garden and somehow the entrance with its ‘cloister feel’ and even a little grotto is quite special and in the heart of Assisi. Location wonderful, comfortable and cozy living quaintly special place, and all worked perfectly. I’d be back anytime! I’d be back anytime. Thanks!

Andy en Natchana hebben met Casa Sul Mezzo een klein paradijsje geschapen. Erg sfeervol ingericht met alles er op en er aan. Het huis staat in een mooie omgeving met veel natuur; vogels en vlinders vliegen, fluiten en fladderen om je heen. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer van Trasimeno. Voor iedere zonnestand is er wel een mooi plekjein de tuin om op een terrasje te gaan zitten. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om er op uit te trekken. De communicatie met Andy verliep perfect. Kortom voor ons een echte aanrader.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

We had a lovely stay. Marco, Simona’s son was wonderful and helped us often to navigate beautiful Perugia. I especially enjoyed sitting outside listening to the cicadas at night and looking down at the lights of Assisi. Very peaceful and relaxing. I liked the little grove of olive trees. Very neat.

L'esperienza da Gabriele è stata fantastica: è un host reattivo, disponibile e gentilissimo, così come il padre, che ci ha accolto in casa e spiegato tutto nei particolari. La casa, a pochissima distanza da Perugia, è super accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario e con splendidi spazi esterni per un relax totale. Non commenterò tanto la dotazione o la pulizia della casa (impeccabile), quanto la sensazione di benessere che si prova standoci, davvero rara da trovare in un b&b. Lo consiglio a tutti per soggiorni brevi e lunghi.

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Vacanza indimenticabile. L'agriturismo e la piscina sono immersi nella natura. Sdraio, lettini, ombrelloni, tutto l'ambiente della piscina e la zona privata di giardino sono molto curati. La parte privata di giardino è a vista ma questo non disturba. Casa pulitissima. Ci piacerebbe ritornare.

Posizione dell’abitazione in zona tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio esterno a circa 5 metri dall’ingresso. La villa, di testa, è circondata da giardino su due lati e da un bellissimo porticato dove poter godere ampi e tranquilli spazi arredati con mobili da giardino e alberi di limoni. L’interno è arredato in maniera essenziale ma con gusto. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dispone di tutti i comfort. L’host è stato sempre attento ad ogni nostra esigenza per tutto il periodo di soggiorno nella casa. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Federica and Roberto welcomed us like old friends, and very kindly fetched us from the train station. After getting us settled and showing us around the (beautifully designed and spotless) Airbnb, which is far more impressive in person than in the photos, they took us for a stroll in the historical center of town, just steps away. They even treated us to delicious coffee and pastries at one of the oldest (if not the oldest?) “bars” in Italy. They proudly pointed out places we should absolutely visit, (which we did), like the National Gallery, and shared some interesting and quirky historical facts. Perugia captured our hearts, as did our hosts. It was a true highlight of our vacation in Rome, Umbria and Tuscany. We give Federica and Roberto’s apartment and hospitality our highest recommendation!

Stefano was the perfect host. He helped us with every step of finding his place and becoming familiar with the area, while providing a perfect apartment. Everything was spotless and so well thought out, from the kitchen accessories to the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. And the location could not have been better. In the middle of town, but up a short 1 level, beautifully decorated entry offering privacy. From the large bathrooms and bedrooms, to the new, high quality furniture and washer with dryer, this was the best of the best. And we simply loved Assisi and their people. What a special place and wonderful experience.

Pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę wspaniałym doświadczeniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem był wzorowy - szybkie odpowiedzi, uprzejmość i pomoc na każdym etapie sprawiły, że czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Mieszkanie było duże, przestronne i nieskazitelnie czyste, co od razu zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. Dodatkowo z balkonu i tarasu roztaczał się piekny widok, który codziennie zachwycał nas na nowo. Sama okolica również była przepiękna - spokojna, zielona i idealna na spacery. Serdecznie polecam ten apartament wszystkim, którzy szukają komfortowego i niezapomnianego miejsca na wypoczynek!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Peeugia verbracht. Die Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt dafür.
