There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!

Our home is located off a private road in the town of Warrensburg. Our waterfront has no motorized boats so it is perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking or canoeing and offers great trout fishing.

ADK's South Shore Retreat

Enjoy your time in the ADK relaxing at our newly renovated, private and spacious home. This is a 4 season retreat. We have lake rights to Lake Pleasant-swimming, kayaking, or canoeing are only a 10 min walk. Please note: our lake access is shared with neighbors. Rent a boat for a day of fun. There is also plenty of hiking nearby. In the winter, enjoy the slopes, Oak Mountain is 5 mins away and Gore Mountain, only 30 mins. There is quick trail access for your snowmobile as well.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck or relax in the evening around the fire pit. Special features include electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bar, pool table, theatre room, loft with twin bed, 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths. Guests must have ability to navigate stairs.
