Cottage #2 was a perfect tiny home to stay in. The first day I was there it was 70°. The next day it was 30° and snowing. The fireplace made the tiny house so cozy. My host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay again!

Highly recommend Wayne's place!! Great location for walking to/from restaurants and casinos. This was a sxs trip for us; plenty of space to park our trailer onsite and great location for jumping on the trails right from the house. The house was nice and spacious for three couples and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of riding. We hope to be back!!

Wayne’s place is charming and cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and old west Deadwood photos and feel. We enjoyed the at home feeling. We had a great experience! Can’t wait to go back

This was the absolute perfect place. We were here with our wedding party for our wedding week, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The rooms were clean with good views and natural light. All of the amenities we needed were available, and it was more remote but still close to Rapid City. There was plenty of parking. And we saw deer in the front yard each morning. 🙂

This place was absolutely perfect, everything was amazing from the ease of check in to the cleanliness of the home. It was well stocked with anything you could need while staying there & the location is perfect for anything you want to do in the Deadwood area.. We would highly recommend this place...
