Santa Marina is located 2 km north of Sozopol Old Town, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful sea views. Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June–1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

A cozy living room with a fully fitted kitchen area with a stove, microwave, dish washing and clothes washing machines. All you need for a comfortable seaside vacation. The living room/kitchen area features a pull out sofa comfortably sleeping two people (160 cm X 200 cm). A full bathroom with a shower stall, a corridor / walk-in area and a balcony with garden furniture - a table and 2 chairs.

The complex Santa Marina offers 5 swimming pools with jacuzzi, amazing green gardens, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Adding both beaches in proximity, this place will make your vacation an amazing experience! Our cozy apartment consist of a living room together with a chic kitchen and dining area. On the other side of the apartment is the bedroom (Queen size bed) with a large terrace with a wonderful Sea view. The bathroom has a shower cabin together with a toilet.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
