Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. A beautiful three bedroom townhouse on the waterfront. Part of the prestigious Sovereign Harbour development in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The property is located in the Piazza private gated development on the waterfront commanding beautiful views over the waterway between the main and southern harbours. The house is finished to a high standard with two allocated parking places. It is just a short walk from the beach and the marina centre where there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Fabulously located Marina apartment - marina views

Fantastically located two bedroom south facing, first floor apartment overlooking Sovereign Harbour’s southern marina, with superb water views from every window! Living/dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower, twin bedroom and bathroom, with a bath. Lift. Dedicated parking space. Visitor parking spaces, and good wi-fi. Close to the sea lock and just a short walk around the marina from a good selection of bars, restaurants, cafes shops and an ASDA.

Arty Seaview apartment

A well appointed ground floor apartment next to the sea with a seaview, with the sea just 10 metres away, a well appointed one bedroomed, a bathroom with bath & shower, Large lounge with original features and high ceilings including Victorian cornice, walking distance to the tennis, theatres, pubs, restaurants, shops in a quiet Victorian building that will sleep up to three guests. Permit paid parking available (these are charged for locally) We also have a sofa bed for one in the lounge

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Bijoux Studio close to Eastbourne Hospital

This is a bijoux annexe complete with small double bed, kitchenette & separate bathroom. Easy access is via a side gate and key code access. There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.

Lock & Quay boasts a fabulous location overlooking the marina and locks of Sovereign Harbour. The private patio and decking are a real sun-trap in the mornings when the sun rises over the sea. With boats coming and going, and people strolling along the marina-side promenade, the outdoor table and chairs offer a magic spot to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh croissant. Sleeping up to four, this apartment will appeal to those seeking an air of tranquility and well being.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Beautiful detached bungalow right on the beach at Pevensey Bay. Brand new furniture and equipment, built and equipped to the highest standards, perfect for a family seaside holiday. Ample outside space with direct access to the beach. Onsite parking with EV charger. 3 beds. 3 baths. Huge open plan kitchen, dining, living space with glazed wall opening onto the garden. Light and spacious with spectacular sea views.

Cosy 2 bed maisonette with parking by the coast

A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
