Lee on the Solent has shops, cafes, Indian, Chinese, and a Turkish restaurant, which is a 15-minute walk on the beach path.

There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!
