Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

It’s a 1 minute walk to amazing independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and play park within walking distance. There are nice woodland walks. There is a red squirrel nature reserve. You can have days out to Crosby, Southport, Liverpool, Manchester and Blackpool too.
