Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Downtown Sunshine Cottage & GolfCart

Beautifully renovated 3-bedroom cottage. Take the golf cart to the waterfront park where the Cape Fear meets the Atlantic Ocean, dine on the river, enjoy live music, spectacular sunsets, historic sites, and quaint shops. Explore the Oak Island beaches and golf only a 15 minute car ride away. Take the ferry to Bald Head or historic Wilmington. Come home to unwind in the gazebo, play bocce, chat around the kitchen island or watch a movie on the sectional with a cozy fire. Cart waiver required.

This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the Main Street of town. This happy little cottage is nestled amongst large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.
