Our home on a tree filled property is situated directly opposite the beautiful Glenbrook Lagoon, a 20 minute walk to Glenbrook village and train station .The pool, pub, bowlo and restaurants are just a few blocks away . With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.
