We stayed here for 1 night during Derby weekend! Keegan was super friendly and helpful and the stay was very enjoyable! He was quick to respond and accommodating of everything we needed! The property was very pretty with a gorgeous pool that we unfortunately didn’t have the time during our trip to use. Very accurate and easy to understand instructions to access the Airbnb. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely try to stay here again for any future trips to the Louisville area!

What a gem in a great location! I was in for less than 24 hours but John let me know when the place was ready for me, the parking was a huge plus, and situated in such a pleasant area. Cool and cozy sleeping situation. Will be back!!

We loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The bed and pillows were so comfy so we slept great! We had everything we needed and more.

My husband and I visited Bloomington for Little 5 weekend and Marina's place was absolutely perfect for us! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and peaceful when we needed some down time. Our host, Marina, was an absolute dream! She was sweet, kind, and took amazing care of us! She makes a delicious breakfast and made sure we were well fed each morning before we headed out for our activities for the day! We will definitely be back to Bloomington in the future and will not stay any place other than Marina's!

Christina and her family were wonderful hosts! Her place was exactly what we needed for a place to stop overnight for our road trip. Clean and beautifully decorated room stocked with all of the basics you may need.

Excellent stay! We were visiting our daughter at Miami U which is only a 10 minute drive away. Had everything we needed. I only wish I’d found it sooner as my daughter only has one more year at Miami! Hope to stay again.

Jennifer's home is the epitome of quaint farmhouse. Her beautiful home, the perfectly placed pictures, comfy beds, sitting on the deck looking at the stars, my kids loved the playhouse and running in the open spaces. She thought of everything we would need and then went the extra mile!

Great clean space, great location! This our second visit. The last time, there were issues with noise. This time was much better! We were able to sleep without any disturbance. The rains were very heavy over the weekend and the sump pump worked overtime. It was a bit loud , but it could not be helped. Bed was comfy, shower was good and hot and easy access to everywhere! Would definitely return!

We stayed here for our first Kentucky Derby experience and all I can say is WOW! This has been the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Dawn was the perfect host for our weekend. She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and more! From the beginning of our booking to our check out, Dawn has been so kind and thoughtful to us. She truly made our weekend that much more special with all her graciousness! I cannot say enough about how amazing this stay was. It was simply perfect!

The place was super easy to find, the host, was very friendly and super easy to communicate, the place felt right at home, the kids loved the place.

Charles was very quick to respond when I had questions. I greatly appreciate a pet friendly place and also love the area.

A great stay. David was proactive at having a cooling issue fixed before we arrived. Informed us work may be done. When we arrived the work was being completed. And everything worked great throughout our stay. We will keep this place in mind for future visits.

We had a great weekend stay! Such a lovely home and a nice space. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after hitting the bourbon trail. Highly recommend!

Always a Favorite in Indy! This has become my go-to spot every time I’m in Indianapolis. I’ve stayed multiple times and it never disappoints—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host is always welcoming and makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. Truly feels like a second home!

My girls had a great time at Gregory’s place, I was amazed of the inside and all the hidden compartments. I myself enjoyed the swing etc. this is a place to visit again, next time it’ll just be the adults.

Our third stay--I cannot use enough superlatives. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. To say it's immaculate is an understatement. Thoughtful touches like Q-tips and cotton balls, razors and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There's a range of coffee and tea pods with sweeteners and creamers ready to go. The bed is comfortable. And did I mention how clean the place is? Can't recommend this spot more strongly.

Affordable, comfy & clean

The place was spacious and in a very convenient location. Great restaurants near by. It had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Instead of staying at a hotel for my son‘s tournament, we decided on an Airbnb and Amy’s place really fit the bill. We all had our own bedroom and space to move around for the exact same price as a hotel room.

Lori’s home was so beautiful! I booked this place for me and my family to attend Berea College’s graduation. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable for me and my family. Lori was very responsive and very kind! There were amenities and complimentary water, croissants, and coffee! I appreciate Lori being very kind to us and would recommend if you’re staying in Berea! Amazing host and place.
