Soak Up the Retro-Inspired Vibe at This Inner City Gem

Curl up on the couch and unwind with some board games at this charming retreat on a tree-lined street. This gateway to the mountains combines bright, neutral decor with vintage details and wooden ceilings for a cabin-like feel. This unit is a private home with two bedrooms. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher; spacious living room and dining area. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Guests have access to their own washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Dedicated work space on main floor. Board games, TV, and high speed internet. We like to respect the privacy of our guests, but we are always available to answer your questions through the app. Capitol Hill is a desirable area boasting many paved bike and walking paths running along Confederation Golf Course and only 1 block from Confederation Park. Public transit (C-Train and buses), Jubilee Auditorium, SAIT, University of Calgary and McMahon Stadium are all nearby. 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. Airport is a 20 min drive C-train (light rail transit) is a 15 min walk. 15 min walk to SAIT PolyTechnic 5 min drive (2 km) to University of Calgary 15 min walk to shopping, groceries (Safeway), pharmacy, and restaurants (North Hill Mall). While in Calgary you can use Uber, local taxi companies, Car to go, or public transit to help you explore what the city has to offer. The space can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults and children over 2) and up to 2 infants (baby supplies/equipment/playpens not provided). You may find locked doors or closets; these will not impact your stay

Central Beltline Townhouse with Free Parking!

Welcome to the Beltline! Calgary's best inner-city community. Three upper levels of a beautiful townhouse with its own entrance and everything you could possibly need. This suite is located only 3 short blocks from trendy 17th avenue so you will have no shortage of things to do during your stay. We are located very close to the downtown core, beautiful city parks, MNP Centre & the Stampede grounds. We also offer free street parking & have no cleaning fees! Portable aircon in master bedroom.

Located within the scooter zone and nearby other points of interest such as; Stanley Park, Mission, Barley Belt, the Stampede grounds and more.
