Hummingbird House- Miner's cabin near downtown

Stay in a cozy updated Miner's cabin! This is a sweet older but updated home full of Nevada City old time charm. Note that bedrooms are attached to each other, but the back one does have an exit to outside. The set up is ideal for families with children or groups that do not require a lot of privacy from each other. Enjoy an easy walk to downtown Nevada City, and a close drive to many nature spots. Your single well-behaved pet is welcome. Please read the pet policy below before booking.

Hilltop Sunset Farmhouse

This beautiful country home has been recently updated. Our property is tucked away at the top of a .7 mile private road, on a 10 acre farm, with amazing views of the valley, hills, city, & breathtaking sunset right from the living room/ kitchen. We are about 15 minutes away from town, so definitely not in the city. Our quaint country home is located on the Placer county wine/ ale trail, near wineries and breweries, 2 miles to Hidden Falls, and close to many of California’s best hiking trails

Glenbrook House is centrally located, 5 min to Nevada City or Grass Valley. It has epic sunset views, ample parking, a spacious interior with open floor plan, kitchen island and hardwood floors throughout. 55” Smart TV in living room, and 45” TV in master bedroom. Private office and high speed internet offers distance work/school and fold out couch. Private deck with seating for 6 overlooking the pond and a private gazebo. Gate to irrigation canal offers leisurely strolls to a waterfall.

Downtown Little Pearl Victorian

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this historic centrally-located place. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

5 mi to hwy 80, 10 mi to Grass Valley. 96 to 535 mbps.EV-2 charger. $20 per dog per day. $15 for use of hot tub.Boat dock 1 mile.Your private side of cabin has private entrance into your own 3 rooms: LR/dining area, fireplace, 2 br and 1 1/2 bath. No kitchen but had small fridg microwave, coffee maker. bbq, outdoor stove. BR 1 Q bed, BR2 2 twin beds. LR has t.v. + Q Sofabed, armchairs and fireplace. Use of porch, back deck, fire pit.Very large parking area. Fully fenced.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
