Chic Downtown Designer Apt ~ 750 sq ft.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

Cabin at Lake Vera, Nevada City

APRIL 2025: LAKE IS FULL. Lake levels drop in August. Cabin at Lake Vera is a 600 sq ft cabin located in the old campgrounds of Camp Watanda. The cabin has been updated for use as a vacation rental. Our site is only a few minutes from town but sits within the forested area providing you with a wonderful outdoor experience. It's only a 1 min walk to the lake with partial lake views from the cabin. Canoes and kayaks provided. 2 day min, 3 day min for any Holiday creating a 3-day weekend.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

8 Min Drive to downtown Nevada City, we're close by but feels remote! Relax in a comfy QUEEN BED, refined 2nd floor studio apartment (& Asian antiques showroom), with 3/4 bath & kitchenette. Abundant park-like Nature completes this sweet retreat location. Traditional Japanese food & Asian Tea Ceremony options (on-site tea house) adds to a cultural experience in this Sanctuary setting. Very quiet & private, **DIGITAL FREE no Wifi, limited cell reception. NO DOGS or pets, thank you!

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Walk at your leisure to restaurants, festivals, farmers markets, breweries, the Miners Foundry and so much more, and never have to step in a car! You’ll love this destination because of the Victorian charm, great porch overlooking the street, privacy, airy high ceilings, the luxurious bed, and the well stocked kitchen. Great for couples, and solo adventurers.

The Family Equine-Cottage, horse accommodations

An 800+/- sq ft cottage with vaulted ceilings, 1 bed/ 1 bath (walk in shower). Full kitchen, Roku, TV, WiFi, back up generator, queen sleep number bed, adjustable head/foot base. Twin roll away bed available upon request (additional fee). Using the couches as a bed is not permitted and a fee will be assessed. Separate, dedicated fenced yard. All guests must be registered to be on property. No smoking. No parties, nor guests of guests, without prior approval of host.

Broad Street Studio in downtown Nevada City

Nestled in the heart of historic Nevada City, this basement studio ( one open space no separate bedroom) is a perfect opportunity to enjoy our beautiful little town and all that it has to offer. Located a few doors up from the Methodist Church, it provides a private setting with off street parking within the city limits. Walk to shops, restaurants, walking trails and more. Newly remodeled with a kitchen and private patio. Basement has low 7 foot ceilings.
