Spacious Art Deco Apartment Steps from the Beach

The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.

Compact and stylish - wifi, parking, tram, shops.

The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). Charming Victorian Getaway with Outside Images

This beautifully renovated Victorian terrace is bright clean and welcoming with all the modern comforts. It is in the heart of Elsternwick in a quiet tree lined street. Only a 1-2 minute walk to Cafe’s , restaurants and shops. Public Transport is very close with the tram about a 2 minute walk or the train an 8 minute walk. By train you will be in the city centre in 16 minutes. Two $12 Myki(public transport cards) are also provided for your use.
