Spacious Art Deco Apartment Steps from the Beach

The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.

Set in a leafy garden enjoy a private, secluded and cosy studio within 3km of the CBD. Our 36 sqm studio with lofty ceilings has a queen bed, kitchenette, work space, lounge area and bathroom. Cafes, parks, beaches and the famous South Melb market are within 1km. Public transport is only 150m from the door and there is ample on street parking. Our comfortable fully furnished 2 story family home, with an artistic Asian flair, close to the Melbourne CBD, a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the nearby Port Melbourne Beach. The house is located in a tranquil area with a park opposite, which offers the opportunity for a peaceful place to stay and relax. Short walk to the 109 tram to the CBD. Spacious apartment with huge terrace, flanked by tree tops and rows of heritage houses on stylish Victoria Avenue. Upstairs, two sunny balconies offer glimpses of the bay. The city tram is just across the avenue and beach is 2 blocks away. Allocated parking is at rear of building. Suited to couples seeking longer stays and a bit more space to luxuriate in. Accordingly, the second bedroom has been set up as a yoga/study/reading zone. It has a high-quality, king-size sofa bed.
