This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Downtown Loveland is a great place to live and play! The Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail runs through the Historic Downtown, parallel to the Little Miami River.

Enjoy a modern bathroom with a glass-enclosed rainfall shower that’s located on the first floor and relax in the open living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Close to bike trails, parks, shops, and the highway. I have a doorbell camera monitoring my front door.
