Gorgeous barn surrounded by fields, but easy access to Preston and Fylde. Very comfortable with everything you would need. Ralph is a friendly and knowledgeable host. The hot tub was bliss. Would love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be staying again. It’s something different and so peaceful! We sat outside and lit a fire and looked out at the amazing views. Thankyou so much for our stay we can’t wait to come back!

had a lovely chilled weekend with my partner, the cabin was beautiful, cosy and clean, it was lovely to see the deer from our cabin. The bathroom just a very short walk away from the cabin was very clean, shower was hot and powerful 👌 we took advantage of the boat ride on their lake, that was fun. Ruth was very helpful, lovely host, lovely place ... will return 🥰

The place was stunning and very peaceful, for who likes the animals company. I loved that we were so close to them and lots of nature surrounded. John was super helpful and kind. Definitely a good place to escape from the city and technology.

Thank you Colin for a lovely weekend! The cabin was beautiful- pristinely clean and very well thought-out with lots of lovely little touches to make staying there comfortable. Colin was also extremely kind and flexible with our booking- I broke my toe right before we were originally supposed to stay and he let us rearrange with no fuss- as it was such short notice he had no obligation to do this so it was extremely appreciated! Our trip when it eventually came around was well worth the wait, Colin's instructions made everything very easy and we had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend!

Had a lovely Easter break, the accommodation was amazing and spotless. The effort that has gone into these pods are second to none, spotless and clean. Everything you would ever need was provided. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. Such beautiful surroundings and the hot tub is perfect for 2 people to unwind and spend quality time together. I can’t wait to come back. Just 20 minutes from Windermere so perfect for a lovely day out.

this stay was perfect. the drive past Barnard castle is beautiful with loads of little cafes/pubs/shops ect in the village. On arrival it was super easy to check in and everything we needed was provided. host Julia was so friendly and responsive and made both me and my partner feel so welcome. will be back again!

I stayed in flora at the garden rooms, it was an easy quick check in and was given a friendly welcome and informative instructions on the use of the log burner hot tub, its in a scenic spot and I had a great time, we were greeted with a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco, not many places go down to little details like this, absolutely perfect stay.

Wow, what a place! 10/10 for everything! The location was amazing, beautiful views and the only neighbours were the cute sheep! A perfect place to escape, switch off and enjoy nature. The hut had everything you needed and was in the best location for walks. Would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to come back. Catherine was a lovely host and made everything perfect for us. Brilliant stay at the hobbit hut! Maria was very helpful when we had questions! Beautiful location, very clean and cosy and even a complimentary bottle of bubbly + decorations for my partners 25th birthday. Very special night, 100% recommended!

Perfect place if you want some peace and quiet while being surrounded by nature. The hut is very cosy and the surroundings just breath taking. I only saw Nicola for brief moment, but she was very welcoming and kind.

Louise accommodated us and our two dogs at a very late notice! With a night in the Hen House & a night in the Rookery, they’re both very suitable for a relaxing time away! The dogs LOVED the secure field at the Rookery. Louise & Matt were super helpful, after a cold night due to a heating leak, they provided us with heaters with a smile! Super peaceful location, busy with pheasants, chickens & rabbits.

What a fantastic place to stay for some rest. It was exactly as described. Set in a beautiful calm location with a private entrance, hot tub & fire pit. An amazing place to spend a few days & we didn't want to leave. Sarah was very friendly & responsive.

Absolutely amazing! Me and my partner had the most perfect, peaceful time! From start to finish we couldn’t fault Annabel if we tried. The bbq and fire pit by the stream is heaven followed by stargazing in the hot tub then snuggling in a cozy bed was just unbelievable. We will definitely be booking again! Annabel you are a gift from god.

We really enjoyed our night away in our cosy little shepherds hut. The surroundings were stunning and our hut was absolutely spotless. It was in a great location. We enjoyed a lovely meal in a local pub only 10 minutes drive away. The hot tub was definitely worth the extra £50. It was lovely and hot as we kept adding the logs on the fire. It was a lovely relaxing experience and amanda was a great host. Very helpful and recommended places to eat nearby. We just wish we booked an extra night. We will be returning in the future. What a beautiful location- and such a comfortable and well stocked cabin. I wish we could have stayed for longer - but now we have a possible stopover on the way the next time!

Our expectations were well and truly exceeded with our stay at Tony and Barbara’s cabin. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed Tony’s story about his background and how he’d built our lodgings. We were impressed with how well designed and executed everything was - facilities were better than some brick and mortar hotels we’ve experienced! Given we were prepared for ‘wilderness’, we particularly appreciated a very clean flushable toilet, hot shower and electric heating! Our hosts had gone above and beyond with special touches to help us celebrate a birthday and it made the stay one of our most enjoyable air BnB experiences to date. We fell in love with the area, helped by a breathtaking walk in the sunshine along the river into Hebden Bridge, lots of wildlife sightings and a dip in the stream. We hope to hear how Tony’s future projects progress so we can return! Thank you Tony and Barbara for sharing your home.

Yardi and her husband are both brilliant hosts with beautiful souls. The communication was A1 even having arrived late (on my part). I was greeted by Yardi and her husband and given instructions on how to operate the hot tub. The location is a 1 minute drive to Tesco extra and 7 minutes to the promenade. The cabin itself is situated on a farm with a well kept field for your dog to roam freely. The cabin comes with all the extras such as bread, milk, seasonings, jams and butter. I couldn’t have been better looked after! I felt very safe and secure and enjoyed my privacy whilst there. Gutted that I didn’t stop to say goodbye before leaving however Yardi gave me a call to ensure that I had enjoyed my stay - something not all hosts take the time to do. All in all, you cannot go wrong when booking this place. It’s a haven away from the hustle and bustle and with beautiful attention to detail throughout. Thank you, Yardi 🩵 🐾🌞!

You will want to stay again! the farm is so peaceful, there are plenty of walks and touristy places nearby if that's what you fancy. However, if like us, you want a complete escape from life, this is the place to be. Peace and quiet, private, well signed walks across Emma's property followed by a soak in the hot tub to rest wary legs at the end of a long day, listening to the sheep and lambs is just priceless. We couldn't have had a more relaxing break if we had tried. Emma is so friendly, chatty and helpful. We can't thank her enough for helping us feel welcome. Our stay was made amazing from the start, with a special visit to the 'pet lambs' talk about happy hormone release! The tree house has everything you need for a short stay, and if it doesn't, Emma is just a text away. We were warm enough, and slept well in the comfy bed. The views are to die for. We recommend walking up to the top boundary of the property for an amazing view! Emma, you have been amazing. Thank you 😊
