We welcome you to stay in 'Partridge', one of our deluxe, well appointed, self contained apartments built within a beautiful historic agricultural barn believed to date back to the 16th Century. Newly converted in 2023 & purpose designed with a beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated in the rural village of Rangeworthy, we are also lucky to be next door to a lovely traditional pub. Perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway, visiting family in the area or as a base to work from.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor; all have private en-suites with shower or bath.

Makes a great base for access to a number of attractions such as Cotswold Way, National Trust properties and other family friendly activities.

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
