Detached, with side door entrance leading into a lower floor open plan Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing area with separate shower and toilet. Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey etc.
