Friendly staff, easy check in/out, close to Terry peak ski lodge. We had a great stay. Thank you, my family had a great time!

Ryan and Lucas were very responsive with any questions we had, and kept a very clean space. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in an easily accessible location.

beautiful location and lodg. it was perfect for our family to stay 2 bedrooms and baths. we spent the days at different attractions and then came home to a nice little space. no a/c, but it was always cool in the evening, so it was perfect. hot tubs were a great way to end the day. we stayed over the week of the 4th. it was just perfect.

short walk to the ski lift and got to relax in the pool, hot tub and sauna! would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Perfect location for our stay and the room was clean. Easy access with the lock on the door and had everything we needed inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, cups, appliances, and the bathroom shower was roomy and clean. The room was a little small for 2 people and our archery gear, and we went in the summer, so it was hot, even with the fans. I didn't look to see if there was A/C, so that was my fault. The bed was comfortable! There was a TV in the living room and bedroom, which was nice, even though we didn't use them, and the internet was quick and easy to connect to. It was a little noisy with kids running around upstairs and we being on the first floor, but by bed-time it got quiet. You can see the ski lodge from the room and it takes about 5 minutes to walk there! We would stay again, but maybe on an upper unit.

We liked it even more than the photos. It was so nice to have two bathrooms. Living on the ground floor was easy for carrying our gear. We loved the hot tub! (Sadly our first night it was cold, so check before arrival if they will heat it). Nice to have access to pool table and extremely nice to walk to Terry Peak just across the street! (Tip buy lift tickets in advance for New Year’s Eve! Pick up passes night before so you can get right in gear rental lines). Hosts were very responsive. Nice to cook our own food.

Great place to stay if looking for a getaway in the hills!

Great place to stay, especially if you are skiing at Terry Peak. We enjoyed how close it was to the lodges. Very easy check-in and checkout. Clean space with very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Great option for those heading to Terry Peak to ski/snowboard or if you’re just looking for a place within reasonable distance to Deadwood. Would stay here again!

A beautiful big house for two families of four to spread out and come together as a group. Plenty of things for our kids to play with and do. A beautiful backyard view of the hills with cows and deer roaming the fields. It was the perfect quiet place to come back to relax and unwind after a long day of utv riding and touring. Thank you for sharing your home with our families. Highly recommend.

The home and its surroundings were beautiful! It was a great place to get away and just slow down for a few days. The house was accommodating. The kitchen was clean and well organized. The beds were comfortable and provided for restful sleep. The instructions were easy to follow. We loved the gardens. They were beautiful and welcoming and provided for beautiful sunsets and a wonderful view for our morning coffee. The garden had several spots to sit and enjoy the view, both sunny and shady areas. Great hosts and a wonderful place to stay.

Had a great stay at this place. Guest services were readily available and eager to help with a question I had when first arriving. The description of the property and amenities were spot on. The location itself also offers a great glimpse of the Black Hills wilderness as it rests next to rural properties and is only a five minute drive to state park wilderness grounds. Really enjoyed this spot!

Nicks place was PERfECT! Exactly what we needed for a family fishing trip. Plenty of space to expand out and get excellent rest. The hot tub was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids played downstairs while adults hung out upstairs on the main level. The kids loved it! The place is big! It had towels, bedding, garbage bags etc so we only needed our clothes! Highly recommend!
