Fun retreat! Hot tub & Game Rm!

Stay at Chestnut Ridge Retreat! Fun basement apartment with game room and 6-person hot tub! This two bed, two bath special space with private entry has all you need for a relaxing adventure in the lovely foothills of SC. Enjoy the antique pool table, vintage Ms. Pac Man 60-1 arcade machine, and classic jukebox! Charming towns of Landrum, Tryon, Columbus, and Saluda are just a short drive away. We are within walking distance from Chestnut Ridge Heritage Preserve where you can enjoy hiking!

Private Suite - Between Folly Beach & Downtown

Guest suite 5 miles from both Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests of any age (including infants and children). Living room, kitchenette, bedroom (queen Casper Hybrid mattress), full bath, large deck. No pets or smoking. 2 TVs with many streaming services included (no cable). Fully permitted and licensed by the City of Charleston for short-term rental (OP#06936). As required by City regulations, we live on the same property, with our home connected to the suite.

Charleston's Coolest Neighborhood

You can't beat the location! You'll be 5-10 minutes from downtown Charleston, but with free off-street parking, AND you can walk to dozens of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Avondale is Central to all parts of Charleston, and its a cinch to drive to everywhere from here. This studio apartment is private, modern, and newly renovated. You'll have a kitchenette, grill, outdoor seating, and access to beach equipment. Also only a 5 minute walk to the West Ashley Greenway for biking/jogging!
