Perfect for walks, cycling, fishing and boating. With The Norris Museum , Thicket walk and Holt Island nature reserve are just a few activities available. A good selection of restaurants and coffees shops plus a Waitrose supermarket in town. A 2 minutes walk to the guided busway stop – which get’s you to central Cambridge (40 minutes).

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

Situated in the historic, quiet and restful village of Buckden, Cambridgshire. There is a brief stroll to the three pubs on the High Street for you to eat and unwind, after you've arrived. Easy striking distance of Cambridge, Peterborough and Bedford for business and Burghley House/Horse Trials, Duxford Imperial War Museum, National Trust properties and a 6-minute drive from Grafham Water Sailing Club for pleasure. Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Lovely Self-contained Guest Studio

Our guest studio is a bright, comfortable space with it's own private entrance comprising of a kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and guests' decking area. We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. We have a lovely, big park just across the road - beautiful in every season. - An ideal base for visiting Cambridge (by car or bus). - Train station only 5-10 mins walk (London 50-60m, Peterborough, 20m) - Town centre 20-30m walk across the lovely park

Private bathroom, kitchen & bedroom +2bicycles

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
