Beautiful 1 bed apartment for ocean view lovers

If ocean view and outdoor space are musts for your visit to Praia, this apartment offers the best of both! Home is in Cidadela, near diplomats residences. Offers queen sized bed with twin pull out available. Fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor workspaces for remote workers. Wifi available. House cleaning generally occurs on Tuesdays & Saturdays with adjustments for check-in day. No additional charge to you for this. FYI-it's on the 4th floor of a walk up building. Min. 6 nights required.

Relaxing Blue Flat near beach!

This nice little flat located in the City of Porto Ingles is our another propriety, perfect to relax on your own or with family away from your own home. It's a few minutes walk from our beautiful sandy beach with clear blue water called Bixirotcha. Also close to salines, where you can have your morning walks if you like to walk in nature. Nearby there is a nice Restaurant called Mar & Sol where you can have your meals. It's located in a quiet area, which makes it perfect to disconnect & relax.

Appartement exclusif et bien situé à Praia

Appartement exclusif dans un Immeuble avec ascenseur. Idéalement situé dans une zone calme mais à proximité des lieux d’attractions ( restaux plages etc ), jolie vue sur l’océan à partir de la cuisine et une partie du salon. Entièrement climatisé, wifi fibre optique, smart TV et disposant de tous les équipements pour vous offrir un séjour inoubliable. Disposant de 3 lits (Queen), il est Idéal pour les familles. Vivez la Morabeza à la cap verdienne en y séjournant et repartez avec la sodade.

Spacious, 3 bedroom apartment in a central & oceanfront location. The beach (Kebra Canela) and Praia's largest shopping center / movie theater are all within a 10min walk or 2min driving distance. A seaside esplanade park, cafe, & sushi restaurant are just outside your front door. The condo has a swimming pool & security. Large kitchen for your own cooking or enjoy any of the many restaurants within walking distance. Undergound parking garage also available. AC available for additional cost.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Je vous propose en plein cœur de l'ile de SANTIAGO , a assomada , une location chambre ou appartement complet F3 avec cuisine , salle de bain , toilette , terrasse qui donne sur un magnifique potager ( mini-foret ) de fruits et légumes , planter par moi-même , pour les passionner je suis pas contre des conseiller et un moment de partage . Vous avez sur place des transports pour la plage des deux cotés de l'ile. bien à vous

Near Beach 2 bed apt with Pool

Dive right into this beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment. Offering walking distance to the oceans, for the early risers, you can appreciate the beautiful sunrise or those who wants to witness a perfect sunset, this is the perfect location. Several restaurants are walking distance, our beautiful cozy beach 🏖️ of prainha is only 7 minutes and Kebra Kanela beach is about 5 minutes. Praia shopping is less than 5 minutes away and city center is 10 minutes away.
