Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und bietet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern und einem grossen Wohn- Essbereich mit offener Küche genug Platz für 4 Personen. Rund ums Haus bieten verschiedene Terrassen Platz zum Erholen und Sonnen baden. Hinterm Haus ist eine Terrasse mit einem Grill für gemütliche BBQ-Abende. Highlight ist die ca 80m2 grosse gemuetliche Dachterrasse.

On the ground floor we find the living room, the kitchen / dining room, the patio with its dining, lounge and barbecue areas and an outdoor bathroom. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
