Welcome to our peaceful farm in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm is ideally situated for you to explore the beautiful East Devon countryside, less than 5 minutes from the A30, and only 25 minutes drive from the coast. Your well appointed private studio flat includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and kitchenette. It has been recently refurbished, with new furniture. Breakfast can be served to you in the flat, for a little extra, available on request.

The Pony Barn at Pardlestone Farm provides a perfect base from which walkers, riders and mountain bikers can explore Somerset’s Quantock Hills, the southwest’s least know but most accessible unspoilt wilderness. The barn sleeps 2 (+2 on a sofabed) and has been sensitively converted with exposed beams, underfloor heating, 2 shower rooms and much more. Outside there’s comfy seating, a chiminea and barbecue. A pub and the spectacular Jurassic coast are within walking distance. Dogs & horses welcome
