Fantastisk nybygget & moderne husbåd i 2 etager. Overetagen: entre og gæstetoilet. Stort & lyst køkken & spisestue som ender ud i en dejlig stue. Fra stuen er der udgang til en skøn terrasse hvor du kan nyde den unikke udsigt, morgen-middag & aftensol. Tag en dukkert eller nyd en tur på supboard. Underetagen: 3 værelser: 1 værelse med dobbeltseng & terrasse. 1 børneværelse med 1 enkelt seng 90x200cm. 1 børneværelse med enkelt seng 80x200cm mulighed for 160x200cm seng. Stort flot badeværelse.

Unik beliggenhed, vandudsigt, 3 altaner og p-plads

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig omgivet af vand og med bademulighed lige nedenfor. Lejligheden på 94 m2 byder på entre, stor stue/køkken, badeværelse og stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og arbejdsplads med skærm. Der findes både øst og vestvendt altaner hvor udsigt til vand eller grøn natur kan nydes. Der er endvidere privat p-plads i kælder, elevator og mulighed for at benytte fælles tagterrasse. Havnebus, bus, metro, indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter findes indenfor 5 min. gang.

Skøn villa med god beliggenhed.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. HUSK AT GIVE BESKED HVIS DU HAR BIL MED..

Fantastisk villa med opvarmet pool og spa

Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Harbour View, 168m2 luxurious city appartment

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

Amazing view & Scandinavian design

Spacious and confortable apartment just by the water in the beautiful neighborhood of Sluseholmen in Copenhagen. You will feel like home here. There is the most wonderful natural swimming pool just in front of our home. This place is our home that we rent out when we travel, so we welcome people who will treat it with love and respect ❤️.

Fremragende villa - pool og spa

Smuk villa i roligt kvarter med både spa og pool. 1 kilometer fra Hvidovre havn og 4 min gågang til S-tog. 13 min til Hovedbanegården. Familievenligt hus med mulighed smuk have, pool og spa. Gode parkeringsmuligheder, ideelt for bilferie til København, Vi acceptere kun voksne grupper eller familier. Pool er gjort klar fra maj måned.

Attractive apartment surrounded by water - 3 metrostops/6 minutes from the absolut center of Copenhagen. Get it alle: light, nature, balconie, one on the roof with a view over Copenhagen and the bridge to Sweden.
