Cassie's Cottage

Cassie's Cottage, built in the 1800's is newly refurbished and complete with all mod cons. The cottage is located only 5 mins walk from the lovely village of Malin, which has pubs and shops around a triangular green. Malin is on the Wild Atlantic Way and has the longest stone bridge in Ireland. From Malin it is 3 miles to Culdaff Beach and 8 miles to Malin Head, the most Northerly point in Ireland and used as a location for filming Star Wars Ep VIII. Donegal's Lapland is a 15 minutes drive.

A rare jewel. Ballyboe is a traditional Donegal Cottage built well over 100 years ago yet modernized to give you the guest the best of both worlds. Set in its own 6 acres of farmland the cottage has been sensitively updated and modernized and combines total seclusion and privacy with surrounding farmland (guests get sole use of whole site) yet close to many attractions and nearby towns. The first thing that any visitors say is ‘that’s someview’, hence we named it SomeView. Up to four guests plus a baby can relax in a beautiful scenic area. Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre. It’s also only a short distance to some of Walkni’s recommended short walks - Ness Park, Beechill Woodland, Muff Glen to name a few.

An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

Mary Carpenter's Cottage is a beautifully restored original thatched cottage located in Clonmany Co. Donegal. Located 2.5km from Clonmany village. This house is over 150 years old and has been tastefully renovated to include its beautiful original features alongside modern conveniences. The house has recently been featured in a documentary on vernacular houses in Co. Donegal.
