The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Harwood Cottage, A Cosy 1 Bed Cottage

Harwood Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.

The Hideaway, perfect for two!

This unique, pet free, character cottage has been designed to maximise the stunning views over the bay. The beautiful ground floor bedroom has doors leading to the sunny courtyard, off the bedroom is a en-suite. The 1st floor living area, is a lovely relaxing space with a well equipped kitchen. Parking for 1 car. EV charging available. 45p pkw Guests must be 25+ There are multiple floors levels and various steps inside, this property isn’t suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The Highlander

Welcome to Lawns Farm Luxurious Glamping accommodation in an idyllic location. Here at Lawns Farm Glamping, ‘The Highlander’ is a perfect romantic retreat for couples, or a fun family getaway. Sandsend Beach is only four miles away and Runswick Bay three which offer some great local dining treats. Whitby is the local town approx a fifteen minutes drive. Luxury 200 year old barn conversion in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Relax in comfort with underfloor heating and log burner fire. Both double bedrooms have smart TV’s & en-suite shower rooms. The open plan kitchen area is fully equipped and provides a large breakfast bar for socialising. The barn has a large private outdoor space with views of the moors. Pubs/restaurants/shops locally, Whitby is 20mins away together with fishing and moorland villages to visit nearby.

The Studio is nestled in the heart of the North Yorkshire moors, surrounded by rolling hills and lush woodlands. This cosy apartment is fully equipped with its own double bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and private outdoor decked patio. Sleights is approximately 3 miles from the quaint seaside town of Whitby, renowned for the gothic novel ‘Dracula’, its stunning Norman Abbey, and delicious fish and chips. Max's Hideaway free onsite parking or car park

This modern nautical themed ground floor apartment (accessed up 6 steps front and rear) is a short stroll to the beach, pubs and bustling town centre but ideally situated on the West Cliff to enjoy the quieter part of town. Spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with sofa-bed and fabulous views of the Abbey, one separate double bedroom and large separate walk-in shower room. Parking space onsite or car park 1 minute away. Shared use of the front patio to enjoy the views. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Cosy rural cottage in National Park

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Freyr is a charming 2-bed house located in the North Yorkshire fishing town of Whitby. The property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms - a double and a twin both with en-suite facilities. One bathroom has a shower unit and the other has a bath with a shower over. On the ground floor, there is a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge diner. Patio doors lead out to a charming garden with decking and a dining area.

Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the small village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby and Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is detached, not overlooked and is spacious, bright and has stunning views from every window. From the front you can see down to Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church and from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside.
