Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
