Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Studio apartman Hermina nalazi se u centru Opatije. Mirna vintage oaza u staroj austrougarskoj vili okružena zelenilom i terasom, besplatnim parkingom te WiFijem osnovno je što treba za prekrasan početak Vašeg odmora. Tržnica, restorani i čudesni Lungo mare u krugu su od 150 metara. Naravno da je apartman opremljen svim što Vam je potrebno za ugodan odmor: kraljevski krevet, TV, dodatan ležaj, klima uređaj, opremljena kuhinja, kupaona, mašina za pranje rublja i kraljevski WC.

Pogled the View - Meeresblickappartment -

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Cooling by floor cooling, no air condition

Opustite se u ovom novom, ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju, uživajte u predivnom pogledu na Kvarnerski zaljev. Na raspolaganju je stan 54m2, spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom 180x200, toaletni stol, dnevni boravak sa kaučem koji se razvlači u krevet 160x200, dječji krevetić na zahtjev, kompletno opremljena kuhinja sa velikim brojem aparata, perilica posuđa, kupatilo sa walk in tušem, higijenski tuš, perilica rublja. Balkon sa dvije garniture i visećom stolicom za sjedenje.

Apartment Opatija Centre

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Studio-apartament Relax

It is located in the center of Opatija and very close to the sea as well as all tourist attractions.There is a kitchen,toilet and a comfortable pull-out bed. Entrance door from the apartment is shared with the owner (we share the main hallway) but each apartment has a separate entrance.Considering that the window from the apartment is faicing to the staircase, there is not a lot of daylight, but the apartment has an exit to the yard which you can use.

Studio Margarita in Opatija center with terrace

4 stars Studio apartment Margarita is situated in the center of Opatija and it is modern, comfortable and cosy, perfect for a couple. The floor of the building is recently built so almost everything in the apartment is new. It has small but functional kitchen with microwave, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with washing machine. Maybe the best part of the apartment is a large private terrace where you can relax and enjoy your vacation!

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Cosy studio apartment,new renovated, with private bathroom and kitchen located in the very center of Opatija. Air conditioned with washing machine, wifi and tv. Close to the public transport, supermarket,green market, post office, banks, restaurants and bars. 3 min walk to the beach. Located on the second floor, old villa, no elevator.
