Beachfront studio apartment

This unique one-bedroom apartment is located right on the water, with a private beach and a million-dollar view of the horizon and the Elafiti Islands. Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. Sunny apartment with perfect view near beach

The apartment is in a building on a seaside. Just the road divide building from the sea, so it is half of the minute walking to the first sandy beach. The building is new, modern architecture, parking secured with gate with remote control. Completely furnished apartment, dishwasher, laundry, everything necessary for long or short stay. All the furniture is high quality, also linen and towels. Come and enjoy in moonlight on a calm sea, viewing it from the terrace of your apartment.
