Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Här råder lugnet på landet men det är korta avstånd till fina stränder, Malmö och Köpenhamn. Det är bara 10 min till färjan i Trelleborg. 2 gäster sover bekvämt i dubbelsängen men vi kan bädda med extramadrasser för upp till 4. Obs! Ovanvåningen är ett sovloft med en ganska smal och brant trappa upp. Egen uteplats och delad trädgård med värden. Välkommen❤️

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Pentry (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.
