In a unique environment in full contact with nature at the beautiful coastline of Crete, we offer a cozy floor to enjoy a dream vacation with lots of relaxation.
The apartment of 110 square meters is located just 150 meters from the seafront. In front of the main entrance of the apartment, straight-looking at the sea and the horizon, there is a large terrace, which is ideal to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset all year-around, while experiencing the pleasant sea breeze.
Immediately after entering the house, there is a colorful and enjoyable living room, ideal to relax, read, chat or simply enjoy good company. The living room features an American-style bar, which separates it from the kitchen, creating two completely different environments, which are however interconnected for guest convenience.
The minimalist kitchen is spacious and bright, in tune with the rest of the house. It faces the large terrace and the seafront and features large glass windows, which allow visibility into the horizon. The kitchen has a variety of appliances including a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave, which are useful for cooking.
In addition to the large terrace in front of the house, there is a second large terrace connected to the living room on the east side of the house. This terrace also has view at the seafront and is also ideal for relaxation and having meals outdoors while enjoying the beautiful landscape.
Furtherome, the house has two bedrooms ideal for hosting couples, friends, or a family with children. Both rooms are spacious and feature a double bed and two single beds. They also have heating and air conditioning. The house also features a brand new toilet with shower and ventilation as well as a clothes’ washing machine.
Surrounding the house, true nature is what you can experience. As such, large gardens where locals cultivate vegetables and fruits, and farm animals such as rabbits, goats, sheep, cats and other wildlife typical of semi-rural Cretan areas all surround the premises thus giving our guests a sample of organic products grown by the farm owners.
The house is located less than 100 meters from the national highway that connects Crete’s major cities in the north of the island. It is located just 11km from the city center of Rethymno and approximately 70 km from the international airport of Heraklion and the international airport of Chania. In order to fully enjoy your stay in the island, which features a wide array of attractions (from the beautiful Venetian cities of Rethymno and Chania, to picturesque beaches in the south of the island, to the unique Samaria Gorge, to the Minoan civilization ruins in the city of Heraklion) renting a car is highly advisable. Parking is available in front of the house and is included in the package.
