Μέσα στο περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, υπάρχει ελεύθερος, ασφαλής χώρος στάθμευσης για τα αυτοκίνητα, στην σκιά των δέντρων.

Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται λίγα μόνο μέτρα από το κέντρο της Βουρβουρούς , άκρη στο κύμα, με θέα τον κόλπο της Βουρβουρούς και τα όμορφα νησάκια της. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα ή οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά.Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μεγάλο ψυγείο με κατάψυξη και μεγάλη ηλεκτρική κουζίνα. Επίσης διαθέτει TV και Α/C και ψησταριά.
