Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Between the house and the sea is just one old palmtree, and his lazy chair for drinking coffee in the morning and wine or grappa in the afternoon!

The island of Šipan is the largest of the Elaphite islands and most inhabited island. Šipan is a long-stretched island cover with lush Mediterranean vegetation. On the island there are many small votive churches and chapels, because for centuries the island was inhabited by many sailors.

With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
